This notice is given pursuant to Washington State law for the purpose of terminating my tenancy on the last day of the month indicated. I/we am aware that if this notice is not given 20 days prior to the last day of the current month, I/we will be responsible for the following month’s rent. If the term of the lease is not fulfilled, I(we) understand that a Termination Fee may apply per the lease.
Please be aware that HPM may be re-listing the property for rent and will need to show the home to prospective renters on occasion. HPM will give you a “24 Hour Notice” as required by Washington State Landlord Tenant Law, RCW. 59.18.150: “tenant shall not unreasonably withhold consent to the landlord to enter the dwelling unit at a specified time where the landlord has given at least one day’s notice of intent to enter to exhibit the dwelling unit to prospective or actual purchasers or tenants…”
